Robert Webb - Guide

Rob gained a Masters degree from the University of East Anglia. He has taught history to ‘A’ level in England and New Zealand and worked as a post graduate tutor for Buckingham University. He is fascinated by modern European history and the history of Germany in particular. He is licensed to guide at the Sachsenhausen Memorial and his interest in the Great War was sparked by a visit to Ypres on Armistice Day 1984.

Rob enjoys helping young people to engage with and gain a deeper understanding of some of the conflicts that have torn Europe apart.
